Drag a shape to move it. The square handle resizes: Shift keeps the proportions, Alt grows from the center. The round handle above it rotates (Shift snaps to 15 degrees). Drag on empty canvas to marquee-select. Shift-click adds to selection. Hold Alt and click to cycle to the shape underneath. Each capsule downloads from its own header. Anim: off shows the still picture a renderer sees when it ignores motion; that picture has to look finished.

Each adds to every selected shape's OWN value: a 0.7 / 0.8 / 0.9 stagger +3 becomes 3.7 / 3.8 / 3.9. Values can be negative. The table below shows each shape's live times and updates when you press Apply. A number in pink is one the floor would clamp.
Drag moves the whole selection; the pink corner scales it together. Group is a reversible link: clicking one member selects them all, and Ungroup breaks it. Unite fuses the selection into one compound shape and cannot be reversed. Text cannot join a union.
